I'm getting a refund!!!! I just got a call from Searle NYC apologizing profusely for how I was treated and letting me know they'd be refunding my money in full.
It's the little things people. Well...I guess $400 isn't so little...but you know what I mean. WHOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
